⤷ I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, therefore I am allowed to use the artwork to: i) Display it anywhere to my liking; ii) Promote myself within any place or site; iii) Post it wherever I want.Usage
⤷ All commissioned artworks are for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
⤷ The commissioner must always credit me.
⤷ ABSOLUTELY NO AI training or reproduction whatsoever of my artwork in any way, shape, or form; and neither can it be used as an NFT.Turnaround Time (TAT)
⤷ 1-3 weeks, depending on complexity of the design.
⤷ Urgent Commissions: +50% of full price (please let me know when you need it!)Payment + Refunds
⤷ I only accept MYR and USD on TNG, Wise, Paypal, Kofi, and VGEN Payments.
⤷ An upfront payment of 50% is required before I start any work
⤷ 100% non-refundable after the commissioner has approved the sketch unless I suddenly am unable to continue the request for whatever reason.

COMMISSIONING PROCESS (local orders):
1. Fill out the form (if I cannot fulfil the request after looking through the form, I will let you know).
2. I'll tell you the full price of your request after I've received, looked through and accepted the contents of the form.
3. FOR TNG: Please send a screenshot of the paid deposit (50%) after I send the full amount. FOR PAYPAL/WISE: After receiving the deposit on my side, I will let you know.
4. I start the work! You can use the Commission Tracker to check your position in the queue. (For Skebs, there shall be no updates from my end, unless it is to inform of the completion of the artwork.)
5. I will send the initial sketch for confirmation. Modifications to the sketch are free only during this sketch period, any modifications during later stages will be charged +30% for every modification, unless I've missed something crucial to the character (also free before I send over the final product).
6. For Skeb/Surprise Me commissions, I maintain the creative freedom to do whatever I want with the piece based on the information/references the commissioner has given me.
7. Once completed, I will send a screenshot of the art with my watermark for proof and for any final, MINOR touchups (free) and ask for the remaining payment.
8. Pay the remaining balance.
9. I will send you the Google Drive link with your completed commissioned artwork(s). There will be both watermarked and no watermarked versions of the artwork(s). :D

WAITLIST PROCESS:
1. Fill out the form.
2. I will manually go through the forms and accept whichever requests I want/feel like I can do based on my TOS. This is not a first come-first served based list. I reserve the right to decline any commission requests that go against my TOS/I do not feel comfortable doing.
2. If accepted, I will DM you the total amount for either the 50% deposit.
3. FOR TNG (local): Please send a screenshot of the paid deposit (50%) after I send the full amount.
4. FOR VGEN (international): All updates and interactions will be done through the site. VGEN waitlists will be up for longer to accommodate my verification needs, however slots are subject to my availability.
5. All commission updates shall be done as per the Commissioning Process.╰┈➤ PLEASE NOTE!! 1 slot = 1 order, not per client, i.e. 1 client could have multiple orders and fill up more slots. The more orders a client has, if accepted, the longer the TAT.
